CONSULTANT PROGRAM Ask any commissioned sales person whether they'd rather lay the foundation for successful selling - or handle all the details and paperwork - or make a sale - and their obvious answer would be, "Just give me a clear shot at a sales opportunity and get out of my way". The job order - a detailed, written, authorized description of a Job Opening provided by Employer - is the first order of business. Our consultants put a lot of effort into obtaining them. And they never shift to "Candidate Search Mode" without one. Then, they carefully and tactfully bring Candidates and Job Openings together. They present qualified Job Candidates to receptive Hiring Authorities with clarity, accuracy and confidence. They do their homework, making sure the match is a good one because they have someone's life - someone's career - in their hands. And for their successful efforts, Consultants receive a 50% commission, while traditional sales people - working in a very small cubicle in very large office buildings for massive recruiting firms, under the watchful eyes of their sales managers - normally received half that amount, or less! Working as a Consultant with Alpha Recruiting Group, strong and accurate leads will be provided, along with the software you will need to manage your recruiting business efficiently. You will have maximum time to focus on getting job orders, finding Candidates and making placements. Contingent placement fees are typically 25%-30% of the candidates starting salary. For example, placement of an $80,000 per year employee generates a $24,000 fee, half of which is yours if you are the Consultant who made it happen. One Job Order, one Candidate and you bank a $12,000 check. Make just one placement per month and you've got to admit - $144,000 is a very respectable income.
